Body Type X Calculator #4
The formulas used below are derived from the body type X Standard Size Chart for Women's Wear provided in the drafting book Metric Patternmaking for Dresses and Blouses (2015) by M. Müller & Sohn. This calculator provides a set of measurements for drafting, completely driven by a single bust measurement.
The original source data was optimized for a bust range of 76 cm to 146 cm (30" to 57.5"). Height is set at 168 cm (5'6"). While this calculator will generate values outside of this range, please note that extreme sizes may require additional mock-up adjustments, as body proportions naturally shift outside standard grading brackets.
The measurement names have been updated to correspond directly with the PatternMaker Pro Measurement Guide to make them easier to locate and verify.
