Adjust Dart Leg Tool

What it Does

Automatically balances dart legs to equal lengths by using one leg as the reference standard. The tool ensures professional dart construction by eliminating length discrepancies that cause puckering, bunching, or poor dart closure during sewing.

Select the endpoint of the dart leg that has the correct length. The tool will adjust the other leg to match this reference measurement.

How to Use

1. Activate the tool by clicking the Adjust Dart Leg icon
2. Select the end point of the dart leg that is the correct length (not the dart apex)
3. Click Save to balance the dart legs or Cancel to abort

Select the dart leg endpoint only. Do not select the dart apex point. The tool uses the selected leg as the length reference for balancing.
