Delete Text Tool

What it Does

Provides precise, selective removal of text annotations while preserving all pattern geometry, construction lines, and design elements. The tool targets only text elements, ensuring that removing annotations never affects your underlying pattern structure or critical design features.

How to Use

1. Activate the tool by clicking the Delete Text icon
2. Click on any text annotation you want to remove (selected text will be highlighted)
3. Review the selected text to confirm it's the element you want to delete
4. Click Save to permanently remove the selected text or Cancel to abort

Point of No Return

Text deletion is permanent once saved. Consider saving your pattern before removing extensive annotations, especially if you might need to reference the deleted text later.
