Add Text Between Points Tool

What it Does

Calculates the precise midpoint between any two selected points and positions your custom text annotation at that exact center location with any necessary rotation.

How to Use

1. Activate the tool by clicking the Add Text Between Points icon
2. Click to select the two points for placement
3. Enter the maximum width you want the text block to be, the default is the distance between the points
4. Enter your text
5. Add a backslash n (\n) where you want to start a new line
6. Click Preview to see how your text will appear on the pattern
7. Other Side will flip the text to the opposite side of the invisible point line
8. Use the Rotation slider to further refine rotation
9. Use the Font Size slider or input box to change size of the text
10. Choose to align the text left, center or right.
11. Choose the text color / style
12. Click Save to finalize your choices or Cancel to abort
