Add Free Point Tool

What it Does

Creates independent anchor points anywhere on your workspace that serve as the building blocks for pattern construction. Free points are not constrained by existing geometry and can be placed with pixel-perfect precision.

tip

Use descriptive names like "CF_Waist", "Shoulder_Point", or "Hem_Center" for better pattern organization.

How to Use

1. Activate the tool by clicking the Add Free Point icon
2. Click anywhere in the workspace to create a point
3. Click the canvas again to reposition it, if needed
4. Enter a name for the new point
5. Select Save to keep the point or Cancel to discard
