Unlink Points Tool
What it Does
Breaks the parent-child relationship between linked points, restoring their independence. Child points lose their radial gradient appearance and regain full individual control, while parent points no longer affect their movement.
tip
Select the blue parent point to unlink all children, or select individual green child points for selective unlinking.
How to Use
- Activate the tool by clicking the
Unlink Pointsicon - Select any linked point (parent or child) to enter the unlinking interface
- Choose your unlinking method:
- Select the blue parent point to remove all its children
- Select one or more green child points to unlink individually
- Click

Point of no Return
Unlinking is permanent. Child points will lose their coordinated movement behavior and return to standard appearance.
