Add Cowl Tool

What it Does

Creates precise cowl draping patterns by establishing the mathematical relationship between cowl boundaries and drape depth. The tool generates an interactive circular guide that ensures proper fabric distribution and natural draping angles for professional cowl construction.

💡 Pro Tip: The aqua dashed circle represents all possible cowl corner positions, while the pink point defines your chosen cowl depth and angle.

How to Use

1. Activate the tool by clicking the Add Cowl icon
2. Select the first boundary point (typically the center neck point)
3. Select the second boundary point (usually down the center front at the cowl break line)
4. Observe the aqua dashed circle that appears in the workspace
5. Use the slider control to rotate the pink cowl point around the circle
6. Position the pink point to achieve your desired cowl depth and drape angle
7. Click Save to create the cowl or Cancel to abort
