What it Does​

Creates complete circular pattern pieces based on center circumference and length measurements. The tool calculates the precise geometry needed for flowing circular garments, generating accurate pattern sections with proper grain alignment and mathematical precision.

This tool is perfect for creating dramatic silhouettes like circle skirts, cape patterns, or any garment requiring smooth circular flow and movement.

How to Use​

  1. Activate the tool by clicking the Circle Pattern Tool icon
  2. Select a place for the center of the pattern by clicking anywhere on the workspace
  3. Determine the size by entering:
    • Center (Waist) Circumference - The inner circumference measurement (number or formula)
    • Length - The radial length from waist edge to hem edge (number or formula)
  4. Click Preview to see the pattern visualization
  5. Click Save to create the pattern or Cancel to abort

The pattern generates as a complete circular section. Consider fabric width limitations and seaming requirements when planning your pattern layout.
