Show Workspace Canvas Tool

What it Does​

Displays a visual boundary indicator that shows the exact limits of your active drafting workspace. The canvas boundary appears as a yellow area with a green border, providing a clear visual reference for the usable drafting space.

The canvas boundary defines where your pattern elements will be visible and accessible. Elements placed outside this area may become difficult to locate or may not export properly.

How to Use​

  1. Activate the tool by clicking the Show Canvas icon
  2. The canvas boundary will immediately appear as a yellow area with a green border
  3. Review your pattern elements to ensure they fall within the visible canvas area
  4. Click Close to hide the canvas boundary and return to normal drafting view

It is crucial to keep your drawing within the canvas area. Elements positioned outside this boundary may not be visible in all views or may be excluded from exports.
