#118 Knit Halter Dress
Overview
This is a knit halter dress defaulting to knee length, but you can Select a dress length.
The empire seam line falls 3"/76.2mm below the bust apex point. The seam will have a 1/2"/12.7mm seam allowance, regardless of the other seam allowance settings.
The halter top has an 18"/457mm strap for tying around the neck. A 1.25"/31.75mm dart intake is added for fullness at the bust.

Instructions
Stitch slightly stretched elastic to the seam allowance of the neckline, armholes and under the bust to prevent gaping around the body.
