#138 Knit Semi-Fitted Skirt with Flounce

Overview

This is a semi-fitted skirt with flounce intended for knits. The flounce fullness is all in the hem.

Note that the Flounce Width is added to the skirt length. For example, a knee length skirt would be knee length plus the width of the flounce.

You can change the Flounce Width and Select a Skirt Length to change the overall length.

This includes a fold-over waistband casing for elastic. The width is determined by the elastic width.
