#141 Semi-Fitted Skirt with Ruffle

Overview

This is a semi-fitted skirt with a separate ruffle intended for knits. The ruffle is two times the length of the skirt edge for gathering.

Note that the Ruffle Width is added to the skirt length. For example, a knee length skirt would be knee length plus the width of the ruffle.

You can change the Ruffle Width and Select a Skirt Length to change the overall length.

This includes a separate waistband casing for elastic. The width is determined by the elastic width.
